Cullum Capital Ventures has announced its latest acquisition, of Brian Potter & Associates Limited.  Based in Tamworth, Staffordshire the company was first established in 1965 and currently controls gross written premium in excess of £2m.  Directors Stuart Potter and Paul Walker have built a strong local reputation for servicing the local business communities.

CCV Chief Executive Tim Johnson is pleased with the company’s latest acquisition “Brian Potter & Associates is an established and respected local business.  We see this as springboard for future acquisitions in the local area.  We will be working hard with the management team to identify those opportunities as well as supporting them with their own expansion plans.”

This acquisition moves CCV total GWP to around £240m and is its 36^th acquisition in 2 and a half years.
