CCV provides an exciting, challenging environment for our staff in a time of revolutionary change for the insurance industry.

We are committed to enabling staff to develop skills, gain qualifications and improve long term career prospects. We do this mainly through the performance management system and through on the job training and coaching.
As CCV progresses towards achieving chartered status with the CII, we have established our own Training Zone, run by a dedicated training and development manager, Lorelei Harwood.
During 2010, Lorelei has been responsible for managing the delivery of over 450 training hours across the business and plans to double that effort in 2011. Subjects covered include technical training in industry issues, sales and customer relationship management, and leadership and management skills.
