When you join the CCV group you will gain access to a number of resources that may be limited within your company or that you do not currently have access to due to the size of your business.

The central support team will provide assistance in a number of areas to our family of brokers. Below we identify these and just some of the ways in which our team can support your business.

What CCV can do for you?

Marketing is key to any business, CCV have a dedicated resource that can help with all your insurance marketing needs. The central team are able to support group businesses with a variety of marketing needs including branding, rebranding, creation of new sales support materials, design and development of your own individually branded website.

Across the group, CCV has a network of account executives, CCV provide regular training workshops and sales development tools to support these individuals in their roles and help them to achieve their sales targets.

Compliance

The role of the CCV compliance function is to ensure FSA regulatory compliance. Compliance is both an operational and monitoring role, where Compliance staff advise and assist the CCV businesses in the implementation of regulatory processes and procedures, and help them design solutions to regulatory requirements.

The scope of work for the Group’s compliance function is limited to the regulatory requirements of the Financial Services Authority and, accordingly, the requirements of the FSA Handbook.

Many brokers would like to grow their own operations through local acquisitions, but are wary of the distraction to the core business. CCV provides full acquisition support and funding to members of the group to enable businesses to expand by purchasing local companies or portfolios.

Being part of the CCV group has allowed me to extend my role which now includes that of marketing champion, and premises management including health and safety. I have access to and have taken advantage of training opportunities in both technical aspects and management skills. I have via the intranet and our staff sales forum access to expertise across the group which is reassuring.

CCV is dedicated to providing excellent service to clients from start to finish from sourcing the most appropriate cover to settling claims. CCV is also keen to ensure that staff feel that they are valued and are part of "the team". There is a wealth of training and support available to staff and encouragement is given to take advantage of this. Performance is recognised and rewarded.
